Welcome We are having a busy summer with assisting clients with stress, anxiety, teaching weight loss and mindfulness courses and so much more. The exciting news for this month is we will now be renting a room in Studholme Medical Centre, Ashford. Offering patients from the local area, Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguist Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Weight Loss and Mindfulness courses.
